Process

01 / CONSULTATION

If you are a first-time client, we’ll have an initial 15-minute chat so that I can understand your needs and I can explain how things work.

02 / PAYMENT & SIGNATURES

I’ll send over an invoice for your session and a Service Agreement. After the paperwork is processed, we’ll book your date on the calendar.

03 / DISCOVERY

The Discovery Questionnaire helps me prepare for our session together and is due 48 hours before your session.

04 / YOUR ADVISORY DAY

I’ll listen with an open and intuitive heart and guide you with my best wisdom and suggestions for navigating next steps with rituals.

05 / EMAIL FOLLOW UP

After our Advisory Session, I’ll follow up with a custom Magic Making Ritual Prescription just for your situation.

Booking Details

All engagements start by filling out our Inquiry Form. Once you push send, you’ll automatically be taken to the Rituals Calendar to schedule a 15-minute Introduction Call. We’ll chat and ensure we’re the right fit, and afterward, you’ll be sent a proposal that includes our contract and invoice.
If you are a first-time client, allow 2-3 weeks to process the required paperwork and questionnaire. Repeat clients can usually expect to book an appointment within a 1-2 weeks.
Advisory Sessions are paid in full to book your session.
Not at this time. Please email hi@hellorituals.com, and we’ll be happy to chat about a layaway plan if that makes sense in your situation.
Session fees are non-refundable, but we do allow one reschedule with a 48-hour notice.
